Sedgwick not responding to property damage claim. Damaged to my gutter drains caused by AT&T
I have damage to my gutter lines from AT&T. Claim has been forwarded to Sedgwick. Numerous emails and no response. Also no return calls. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

There has been no resolution to this damage claim. AT&T needs to follow up. I have had no luck in doing so. No return phone calls or email response.

It’s in the insurance company hands AT&T won’t or can’t follow up.

MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:
"Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed by ********. Please note that Sedgwick CMS is not an insurance company. Sedgwick CMS is a third party claim administrator. This complaint arises from a dispute related to a claim ********** filed against our client, AT&T Services, Inc.
A review of the claim file reveals that Sedgwick CMS has administered this claim in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the alleged loss.
Sedgwick CMS respectfully maintains that the Better Business Bureau online complaint resolution system is not the proper forum to respond to the allegations contained in ********** complaint.
Again, thank you for the opportunity to respond and clarify, as able."
There is no insurance company, sedgwick is just a shield for at&t. No one works there, out of over 100 phone calls no one answers. Leave a voice mail no one calls back. 11 months and counting.

They don't even answer their claims phone number. They also don't have an online portal/email system to create the claim request.

Good luck, been a year and 8 months now. Maybe time for small claims before statute of limitations runs out.
in georgia: The statute of limitations for injury cases is two years, and four years for property damage matters.
Can small claim up to $15,000 in georgia
