My remote link, Hd and record are flashing. I rebooted and they do not go off. Does this mean it's bad?

Do a whole house reboot.
Unplug everything.
Plug the gateway (modem) and WAP back in and wait for normal ops.
Plug the DVR back in and wait for normal operations.
Plug the other receivers back in..
