Returning AT&T Equipment Received in Error
What should be done to return AT&T Equipment Received in Error?
A replacement AT&T U-verse TV Wireless Receiver (VIP2500) was requested. What was received via FEDEX the next day was an AT&T U-verse TV Wired Receiver (VIP1200). So, now AT&T is requesting that the AT&T U-verse TV Wireless Receiver (VIP2500) be returned to offset the receipt of an AT&T U-verse TV Wired Receiver (VIP1200). Question: How should the AT&T U-verse TV Wired Receiver (VIP1200) that was sent in error be returned and what should be done to have AT&T send the correct AT&T U-verse TV Wireless Receiver (VIP2500).

We're here to help you return your equipment, MARLYN5756!
If you are simply Returning Equipment, you can simply go to your local FedEx Office® Pack and Ship or The UPS Store®. They will send your equipment back to us at no charge to you, and provide you with a receipt you should hold on to as proof you've sent it to us.
Were you needing the replacement because of technical issues with your receiver? Were you able to get your concerns resolved?

@skeeterintexas
If these VIP 1200s are as slow as the one that I turned in several years ago, it infuriates me that they're still being shipped out. They should have been junked years ago. If these black boxes weren't any faster, I probably would have dumped U-Verse a long time ago.
And then, I don't think Donovan understands the question correctly.
