Returned equipment
Dear AT&T,
I returned 3 pieces of AT&T equipment to my local UPS Store (as instructed) on 7/30/22, prior to the cessation of my service. I have a receipt that shows the serial numbers of the 3 pieces of equipment that were returned.
However, AT&T is only recognizing that 2 of the pieces of equipment were returned.
I called the customer service line and was told that an investigation would be started, and that I could go to att.com/escalations to post a picture of my receipt image. However, the latter web address doesn't exist.
I cannot find an email or other means to show my receipt confirming that I returned all equipment on time.
Can you please tell me where or how I can post or send this information so that I am credited with all equipment returned?
Thank you.

What specifically did you return? Certain items do not get shipped back to Att. A good example is a WAP box for U-verse TV.

Thank you for replying.
I returned 2 TV cable boxes and 1 modem. All of this equipment was designated as needed for return. I returned all 3 pieces.
AT&T indicates that they only have record of 2 of them and that I need to return the 3rd one. It's already been returned. I have proof. I have a receipt from the UPS store with the serial numbers. I just need a way to show AT&T the proof, but there is no website or email address to do so with.
