Return of broken uverse receiver

Tech came out and replaced one of our uverse receivers. He gave us return box and instructions. We returned it next day. Approx July 15th, 2023. Now my bill has a charge for 163.00 for equipment not returned.

Did you take it to a UPS or FedEx location?  Did you get a receipt?

Ups and have a receipt…..customer service will not cooperate. Horrible.

Customer no service bounced me around, disconnected me once and I had to start over, asked me to repeat my 20 digits long return confirmation like 15 times, multiple holds for no reason, would not give me credit. I feel this is a strategy to delay legal credit and to create late fees and interest revenue. It was absurd. A call center not English proficient……on purpose. A strategy. The repair tech told us this would happen….could not believe it.

File a BBB complaint.  Those are handled by the OOP.  Someone should reach out to you.
