Replacement Remote does not work, instructions are WRONG!
My old remote quit, a new one was sent, the volume controls do not work, called 800-288 etc. they sent another one, It has the same problem, it is an s20 and I have an Orion TV in the kitchen.

Let me make sure I have your problem statement correct. Please confirm the following:
1) You had a working set up in your kitchen with an Orion-Brand TV, a U-verse TV receiver, and a U-verse TV remote.
2) The U-verse TV remote failed. You called AT&T and got a replacement, an S30.
3) The replacement U-verse TV remote did not control your TV properly (won't change volume up or down)
4) You asked for another replacement U-verse TV remote and have received it (another S30).
5) It also will not change the volume on the TV.
I have the following questions:
a) Does the remote turn the TV on and off?
b) How did you program the remote so that it knows the brand/model of your TV?
c) What instructions are wrong? What is wrong about them?
