Replace Uverse Receiver

My uverse wired tv receiver has stopped working. All troubleshooting has been done. Needs to be replaced. How do i get a new or replacement?

Call CS 1-800-288-2020.  A new receiver (DVR?) will be sent for a self-install.  Please bear in mind that if this is your DVR, you will lose your recordings but not your schedule.

You have 21 days to return the old one via UPS/FedEx.  You should get a receipt.  KEEP IT IN A SAFE PLACE.

This was resolved. I contacted customer service for the swap. (only took 1:05 hrs. on the phone, but...). Thanks for the quick reply nonetheless.
