Never mind you are not hearing what my situation is as described.  I CAN NOT GET TO THE PROGRAM MODE.  I WILL CONSIDER THE REMOTE USELESS FOR PROGRAMMING BUT FUNCTIONAL.  IS THERE A EXCHANGE FOR A FULLY FUNCTIONAL (PROGRAM MODE FUNCTIONS)?

Remote cannot be programmed! What next? Final time to ask this question.  If this is a computer answering then the result according to query math, your response will be the same as worthless answer.  I will make sure the survey reflects this and begin looking for another provider.

Please note: the remote control cannot be programmed when the battery power is low. If unable to setup using Auto-Search, please see “Program your remote using direct code entry” on the back of this guide.

 

If your remote is still unable to program, you might look at replacing your remote.
