Refund for unused services

My family recently (45 days) switched to ATT for our TV service. It was not a good fit for our family. ATT has a several bugs to work out before they try to bring their television products to the consumer. This was a poor reflection on ATT good name. This has the potential to give ATT a black eye in the minds of the consumer. VERY BAD!! Now ATT wants us to pay for 3/4 of a month of service we are not using. DO NOT USE ATT FOR TV !!!

What TV service?  UverseTV, DirecTV o r Direct Stream.?

Regardless, AT&T does not pro-rate a bill and hasn't since 2019.

Direct TV.  

I understand they do not pro-rate. But in cases where the customer has not received the services in good standing and the services were not working properly there should be something they can do. I am being reasonable and understand that I have to pay for the boxes that I was on a payment plan. (Becasue I elected to buy them and not lease them)
