recordings are missing
I recently had to return my Uverse receiver and got a new one via Fedex. I hooked up the new one and everything works fine EXCEPT all my saved recorded programs are GONE! I've reset the unit multiple times. I've unplugged & replugged multiple times. They are gone! Any ideas how to recover them?

When replacing your Uverse DVR, you will lose all of your recordings but your schedule will remain. There is no option to recover them. It's been that way since day one.

Thank you for the info. Seems like such a waste since the technology is there to store this on the cloud. But what do I know! have a great weekend!
