Receiver won't start.

I get a message uverse not available at this time please try again later. I've restarted everything many times with no results. Any ideas?

Is it wireless? How many green bars are lit up? Make sure *all* connections are tight, including to the gateway.

Other than that, I'd call 800-288-2020 for a replacement. Be sure to send the current one back as soon as you get the new one.

make sure you restart by physically unplugging everything's power.  Gateway+ DVR + all STBS.  Assuming you still have internet working the problem is most likely a new stb is needed (unless it's wireless than there is more troubleshooting required)
