Hi there, @AveOgirl! We're here to help with your U-verse TV service.

Thanks for letting us know that you've already tried a reboot.

We'd also recommend that you reboot your Internet gateway. This can help to refresh your connection and potentially alleviate anything that's causing those lights to blink and preventing you from watching TV. This can be done manually by following these steps:

  1. Unplug the power cord from the back of your gateway or modem. If you have:
    • An internal battery backup, remove it
    • DSL, unplug the phone cord from your modem or gateway
  2. Wait 20 seconds.
  3. Put the internal battery back in if you have one.
  4. Plug the power cord back in. If you have DSL service, reconnect the phone cord.
  5. Wait for the gateway or modem to restart and your Broadband light to turn solid green. This can take up to 10 minutes.

In addition to that, we suggest using the Troubleshoot & Resolve tool on U-verse TV. Many U-verse TV, AT&T Phone, and AT&T Internet problems can be resolved by using the Troubleshoot & Resolve app on your TV.

Follow these steps to troubleshoot your issue:

  1. Press Menu on the U-verse Remote Control.
  2. Scroll down to Help, then press OK.
  3. Select Information.
  4. Scroll to Troubleshoot & Resolve, then press OK.
  5. Select the service you want to troubleshoot and allow the interactive diagnostic test to run and complete.
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions to resolve. Other options may include dispatching a technician or speaking to a Customer Care agent.

For additional troubleshooting, go to our U-verse TV Support page.

Let us know if these steps work for you. If not, we may need to move this conversation to a private space so that we can check on your services from our end.

This did not help. I rebooted the gateway & still no signal message. I can't use the menu on the remote with no signal

Thanks for trying our suggestions, @AveOgirl

Since that didn't help, we're going to need to speak privately to continue. We may need to get a tech out. Please check your direct message inbox in the top right corner of the page. We'll be messaging you there shortly.

If all the lights are blinking on dvr its 99% chance you need to replace dvr... be warned the refurbished replacements (they are all "refurbished")are often bad and might require multiple replacements before you get a halfway decent one.
