Please Wait frozen

Lost power for two days. When rebooted, TV in  primary room is frozen on just wait. I have three other boxes in the house that are all working. Internet is working well. I’ve tried multiple restarts and browsing the message boards. Model is IPH8010. Any help would be appreciated.

Power outages and subsequent surges can fry equipment.

Call CS 1-800-288-2020.  A replacement can be sent for a self-install.  If this is your DVR, all recordings will be lost but not your schedule.
