Pixellating U-verse connection
Thanks to earlier instructions on this list, I have gotten back to the gear and bar at the bottom. But it is taking a VERY long time to get across. Is that normal?

Yes, this can be generally normal. Sometimes it responds slowly depending on your device. So the connection or accessibility settings, but eventually the download should complete.
