Only 1 HD stream

I have only 1 HD stream and it is causing me to leave UVerse.  I have friends that live 1 mile and 2 miles away from me that have 4 streams.  I don't understand why I only have 1.  I have the highest and most expensive tv package.

They are closer than you are most likely and on different VRADs.  Sounds like you're at the far end of the Uverse TV service from the VRAD servicing you.

 

I'm glad I'm only 400' from my VRAD and get 4HD to record. Smiley Very Happy

Click on the hyperlink for AT&T Customer Care.  They are an escalation team that is higher than regular Customer Support, who can get your issue resolved.  It could be there is an issue with your service.  Send them a PM with your info and your concern and someone will be in touch with you.  Watch the little blue envelope at the upper right hand of the page for message notification.  As they may reply to you via PM as well.
