Non-Functioning U-verse Wireless DVR

My wireless VIP 2500 has died.  I need a new one.  I have spent over an hour on the phone being shifted from number to number with no one able to assist.  I need a direct call number to order a new box.  I am an employee and it seems to be harder to provide support than if I were not.  Please help.
