No signal

TV model: Insignia 1080p not reading HDMI signal.  Receiver:  Cisco 7500.  We have the same TV in our kitchen but a different receiver. Motorola/ATT-Uverse.  My thought is the receiver needs to be replaced.  Thoughts?

That would be a good start.  Wondering if that is the case, wouldn't AT&T replace the receiver?
