New wireless Uverse receiver unable to connect

We got a new wireless receiver and kept getting the error message "unable to connect to Uverse. Please try again later." Restarting the receiver does nothing. I've tried it on two tv's. We have another receiver that's connected via coaxial, and when I connect to the receiver using the cable the same thing happens. We returned one brand new receiver two days ago and this replacement is doing the exact same thing.

I see you restarted your receivers, but have you attempted to reset the modem itself? It could be something with the router connection that a reset can fix.

 

Are you experiencing any connection issues with any other devices besides the receivers?
