New modem not working

I installed new modem on 6/29/21

The modem constantly reboots and I have not had steady service since the install, I have called att several times , went through troubleshooting on my own and with technical support and service is still not working. I have attempted to schedule a technician 3 times and each time att cancels the technician . As of this writing I still have no service.

What modem / gateway is it?  Make and model.  

The only time I’ve experienced the problem myself was due to a defective gateway, a known problem to att.

If you can live without coax, have a tech come over and bring a BGW-210.
