Need to send in my receiver for a replacement

I have gone through the on-line self-help tutorials and steps to no avail.  I have been a week without cable in my upstairs bedroom.  Need to know where to send this receiver and an ETA on when the new one will deliver.  Thank you.

Don't send anything anywhere until you call Customer Service.  1-800-288-2020. 

They may want to have you do some rebooting but once they determine that it needs to be replaced, a new one will be sent. 

You have 60 days to return the bad one via UPS/FedEx.
