Need Support Connecting to TV

Hello,

I have been on the phone multiple times trying to get my TV connected. At one point, AT&T deleted all access to all my channels and have told me multiple ways to get connected, all of which do not work. At one point they said to make a new email because my old email "was used too much." What does that even mean? In any case, I made a new email and connected to my phone, since that's the only number I have, then it said I couldn't, because the phone number is being used.

How can I please just get the code to connect to directTV Stream??
