My wireless box ISB 7005 is not working, all lights blinking
I followed the procedure described in this (or a related) forum and shut down all items from the box through to the gateway, the booted them back up in the reverse order. It did not fix the problem. I assume I need a new box. How do I go about that?

Equipment dies. Call CS 1-800-288-2020. If it is determined that you need a replacement, one will be sent for a self-install.
You have 60 days to return the bad one via UPS/FedEx. Instructions will be emailed to you.

If you can temporarily move the 7005 close enough to the gateway and connect it with an Ethernet cable, it will probably do a full reset and reload its code from the att backend servers, after which time you can return it back to its original location and pair it with the WAP again.
To avoid future issues, put the box on battery backup and ensure the link connection has full bars on the front panel.
