Thanks for offering to help in this thread.
The fault went away for four and a half days. But it has re-appeared and we are now regularly losing connectivity completely.
After the field tech, Frank, installed our most recent modem at 3pm PST on Friday 17 February, we did not experience a single dropout of internet connectivity.
Until yesterday.
Starting 1 pm, yesterday, Wednesday February 22, the fault started to re-occur. We now lose all connectivity for five minutes almost every hour.
Please escalate this for us as a matter of urgency.
Once I hear from you, I can either post the full details of the case here; or we can take this email to email. Maybe we can also then speak by phone etc.
Again, thanks very much in advance for your help. We really need it!
