Invalid address when placing order for new streaming device.

Direct TV has no was to bypass system message that my address is not showing in the USPS address database so will not ship the 2  streaming device.  I got the first with the initial order so why can't I get a second device shipped to me.  Local AT&T office will only order if I am placing a request for new service to be installed.
