IBS7000 receiver, can it be used wireless?

Something tells me this belongs in the home phone forum...

But I think I can safely say no if it is not wireless now it cannot be used wirelessly

Sorry, the question is about ISB7000 U-verse receiver. Can the ISB7000 receiver be used wireless?

No, wireless receivers are 7005 (1st gen) and  7105, 2500 are 2nd gen wireless receivers. 

All other receivers require a hardwired connection…

some hardwired models are… 

330, 1200, 1216, 1225, 2250, 2262, 7000, 7500, 8005, 8010, 8110.

That being said if you have an isb7000 don't ever give it up if you need a hardwired receiver.  It's the best hardwired receiver available at this point.  If you trade it in for some reason and end up needing another wired box you'll likely end up with awful 330 silver boxes that don't have enough ram to run uverse tv software properly and are slower than molasses.
