What settings do you have tv set to? What setting do you have att box set to? Try changing att box setting to a different setting and then back to the correct setting to see if reseting it fixes it. Change to like 480p and then back to either 720p or 1080i. (720p tvs should be set to 720p, 1080p and 4k tvs should be set to 1080i or 720p it doesn't really matter).
You can access the zoom menu when watching a TV show by pressing the closed caption button (or option button depending on model of remote) on uverse remote and bringing up the submenu and then going to zoom. The uverse remote doesn't have a dedicated zoom button so that's your TV remote setting.
Set tv to 16:9 or auto with no zoom. Assuming tv isn't an ancient crt of course.

Have you checked your TV settings to make sure nothing has changed?

Is this just happening when you go into the guide and when FF and RW or is this happen on everything that you are watching?
