How do I get a prepaid label to recycle my Uverse equipment.?
AT&T doesn't want me to ship back my Uverse boxes. They said to recycle them. Where are the instructions to print out a prepaid shipping label.

AT&T does not want the equipment. You will have to take it to a recycler. Check Sustainable Electronics Recycling International (SERI) or Earth911 Recycling Center Directory to find a recycling site near you.

AT&T has been known to send out that e-mail and follow it up with a warning that you will get billed if you do not return the equipment. The last time I checked with our AT&T contacts (a week or two ago), those contacts said that the policy to return equipment was unchanged.
Thus, IGNORE THAT EMAIL, and please take your account number and your equipment to a The UPS Store or FedEx Office, have them input your account number and scan the serial numbers of the returned equipment and give you a receipt. Hang on to that receipt for months and months until all chance that AT&T is going to come after your for unreturned equipment has passed.

What Jeffer said.
Make all attempts to return it via several UPS and FedEx stores. If one doesn't accept, try another.
If you get the warning email and still haven't been able to send equipment back, show it to the FedEx or UPS employees.
