HDMI TV not working

I have a Pace IPH8005 receiver.  3 wireless tvs are working fine.  The tv that is plugged into the HDMI port is not working (dark black screen).  Wireless and ethernet internet works.  Pressing the power button does not work - nothing happens.  The menu button does not work.  So far, I have tried 2 different cables plugged into two different hdmi ports on the tv.  Thanks for any suggestions.
