We are here to help you get your receiver back up and running, garyjay44.

Here is more information on how to troubleshoot your receiver.

You can try rebooting the receiver:

  • Press and hold the power button(located on the left side of the receiver) for 10 seconds.

  • Unplugging the power cord from the wall outlet for 10 seconds is another option.

This will refresh the receiver and it is the basic fix for any U-verse trouble.

Also, make sure all connections (wall to receiver, receiver to TV) are placed firmly into the receiver.  The HDMI cord may be loose which would be causing this error.

If this does not help, we have some questions for you:

  • Have you ever swapped out the HDMI cord? The HDMI cord may be going bad, which is why this error is showing up.

Let us know more information, so we can better assist you.
