Have two ATT boxes. Which one do I replace?
I have two ATT boxes in my home currently:
VIP2250
ISB7005
Having problems with intermittant signals. ATT sent me a new VIP 2262 box. Which one should I replace?

The VIP2250 is a DVR. The VIP2262 is a DVR. They sent you are REPLACEMENT DVR.
Be aware that you will lose your recordings but not your schedule. You have 60 days to return the old one via UPS/FedEx. You should have gotten an email with instructions.

Sending a replacement DVR should be for whichever one was the problem. That should have been discussed over the phone. I would check any email confirmation, or instructions that came in the shipping box, for details on which box was being replaced.
Otherwise if you still have no idea which was the problem DVR you were replacing, then call AT&T back for that info.

They should have sent a replacement box for whatever TV the problem is at.

What was the original problem you were having? was it with 1 tv or both tvs?
