Hello. We’ve been experiencing loss of wifi signal and pixelation and freezing on our TVs since last year. Three techs came out last year and changed equipment except our DVR. Lately, Wifi signal is dropping frequently and tv intermittently freezes/pixelates. When I call for support we’re told our lines are fine. So I searched this forum today and rebooted the RG 2 hours ago. This is the table of errors. Any suggestions or input is greatly appreciated as I don’t understand what these numbers mean. Thank you

If you had been up 2 hours when you took these stats, then that's 120 minutes. 2441 FEC in 120 minutes works out to about 20 FEC per minute, which is much less than the AT&T upper limit of 100 per minute.
What kind of TV service are you using on which you are getting "pixelation and freezing"? (I'm particularly asking do you have U-verse TV or something else). And is the communication to the TV Wi-Fi or Ethernet (I'm assuming Wi-Fi).
These statistics you're showing are for the line to the AT&T network, and they look pretty good. They in no way tell anything about your Wi-Fi situation, except that to say that the line looks good, so any problems you're having appear to be with your Wi-Fi.

Thank you for you reply. In more detail these are our issues. We have U-Verse with three Tvs. Main Tv has the dvr and two tvs use wireless boxes. On all three tvs live tv will randomly freeze/pixelates for few seconds. This is intermittent and random. On our wireless boxes sometimes the signal strength will be weak or red light, then will go up back to full strength and be fine.
The two wireless boxes were added last year after a tech told us the pixelates was due to coax wiring. he told us this would fix issue but still happens
Soetimes when we turn on tv with the dvr our tv says message that uverse box is off. I then need to rest RG
On wifi issues our devices will say we’re not connected to wifi but internet is up and running. This was happening last year too and a tech added a WAP and switched out our RG.
All problems above resolve after reboot of RG but eventually will happen again.
I hope this info helps. Its not always convenient to re set the RG

While I am not a big fan of coax-connected set tops, I would still take coax over Wi-Fi seven times out of ten. AT&T decided that wireless was better than coax, largely because its much faster for a tech to set up.
Can you be a little clearer about the actual content of the message when "our tv says message that uverse box is off." How is the DVR connected to the Gateway? Ethernet or Coax? If coax, would Ethernet be at all possible?
Finally, it would be good to check the stats again after you run for a while, particularly after you notice some issues on the TV to see if the CRC errors have gone up.

Hello, Our DVR is connected by ethernet and HDMI cable. All connections are tight.
Few days ago we turned on dvr tv. The message said that HDMI device is not on. The dvr box was on but tv didn’t recognize it was on. Not sure what to do at that point I restarted the RG.
Thank you for your info, help and patience. I will keep eye on CRC errors and if they go up I will call technical support for troubleshooting help.
Thank you again

If the TV says it doesn't see any signal on the HDMI channel, that could mean that the DVR has failed to HDCP negotiations with the TV and has cut it off. You could try a different HDMI cable or a different port on your TV (or a component cable set). Or it could mean the DVR has hardware issues.
