Requisite question for remote problems.  Have you changed the batteries?

Remote 2: Does on/off work?   If not you either haven't programmed the remote for that tv correctly or you have a S10 remote and you accidentally pushed the TV, DVD, or AUX button at the top.  Push the AT&T button so it controls both the dvr/receiver and the tv.

Remote 1: Options button means that's a S20/S30 remote (on S10 it's the enter/zoom button).  Are you saying you push Options and don't see the Options menu appear on the right side of the tv screen?

Can not reset remote mute button, which does not work.  I did what the screen shows but the remote does not complete the process

We're here to help get your remote working, @cremy1776!

If some buttons are not working on your remote, then we suggest going through our Remote Troubleshooting for some potentially quick fixes. Often times, even just replacing the batteries on your remote can improve performance.

If you go through the available troubleshooting and still run into this, then we suggest Resetting Your Remote. This will bring it back to the factory settings, at which point it should work as intended.

Let us know if this helps!
