There is an "Interactive Workout" app (on the app page) or go to channel 171.

There is an excerise app that is available under the Interactive menu and also a channel number that I can't ever seem to remember.  I also can't find the thread where it was just mentioned in the past week or so.

Exercise TV is no longer in existence. It closed on November 25, 2011. The video on demand channel and web site closed on December 31, 2011.

From Wikipedia:

ExerciseTV was a United States television network broadcast on digital cable.[1] It was free and had video-on-demand (VOD) systems.[2][3] The network received around eight million views every month.[2]

ExerciseTV workouts ranged from cardio and abs to yoga, pilates and personal training.[4]

History

Launched in January 2006,[5] ExerciseTV was founded by Jake Steinfeld and created by Comcast.[3][6] ExerciseTV was available in the United States via Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Cox Communications and Bresnan Communications.[1] The network was managed by Comcast, with New Balance and Time Warner Cable acting as additional equity partners.

ExerciseTV was a joint venture between Comcast, Time Warner Cable, New Balance and Jake Steinfeld of Body by Jake.[7]

ExerciseTV closed on November 25, 2011. Its Video OnDemand channel and website closed on December 31, 2011.

Interactive Workout on channel 171 is apparently no longer available per Ross with AT&T.  I was told the contract had expired with them as well as ABC Family channel (178). I am not every happy with this information.  They can provide us with multiple C-SPAN, shopping channels, and children channels but no exercise.  Thank you very much AT&T

ABC Family Channel is still on, but they changed their name to Freeform.  It's on channel 179 and 1179.

@kimwertz  There's something called "Fit Fusion featuring Jillian Michaels" On Demand.

Use the Go Interactive button on your remote and then "All Interactive".  Looks to be quite extensive with lots of choices.

On demand Fit Fusion is $5.00 PER month. I refuse to spend any additional funds. I chose their service because of the channels available and now they expired. Tired of being nickel and dimed. May just have to find another supplier.

Weird.  I was able to watch a small bit of it and there was no indication that there was an extra cost.  Perhaps they give a free taste and then warn you that you'll be charged.

I just found the Jillian Michaels fit fusion under all interactive.... but why is it $6.99 per month!! That’s not cool when there used to be a free exercise channel.

I am a new customer and was looking for this channel option too. Sad to hear there isn't a free option anymore

Yea, I really don’t like U-Verse. I thought Spectrum was bad, but this is worse!
