Error message kx: failed to load resource web exception: the remote server returned an error: (403) forbidden

Apparently a server at your local VHO is having an issue.  You could wait to see if it resolves itself, or you can call 800-288-2020 and explain what is happening to someone who will not have a clue.

Maybe ATTHelp can offer some assistance (though I'm predicting their answer will be a lot like the telephone CSRs).

If you get REAL lucky, maybe take a picture and hope you can flag down an AT&T truck.

I'm having intermittent sound that randomly stops the audio. I can get the audio back by changing channels several times.
