dvr box has quit working
dvr main box has quit working. Have tried all of the recovery methods. The gear will come on screen and start the recovery but when finished all I get is a red x with 8 below it. After the first attempt when plugged back in the box will click every second.

Call 800-288-2020 and ask a replacement be sent. You'll get return instructions via email.
Your saved shows will be lost, but it sounds like it's a hard drive issue. Anything you have scheduled to record will transfer over. Any hidden channels will have to be re-hidden.
