Driver Updates
I work for an ISP and we use Cisco Wireless ISB7050 IPTV STBs and are having issues with quite a few connecting to our 5G backhaul IPTV SSID. I've troubleshot this issue with our partner who supplies our wireless routers, and when doing a packet capture, we found that there isn't a full handshake. We can see the router transmitting the packet to the STB but the STB is not receiving the packet. I am wondering if there is a way we can check the drivers to see if there may be an update needed on the ones that aren't connecting.

Hello @vanessac4,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Let's shed some light on your concern and point you in the right direction.
Since you have already done a packet capture and found that there isn’t a full handshake. This could be due to outdated drivers on the STB's.
To check if there are any driver updates available for your STB's, you can visit the Cisco Support Page
Here, you can find all the necessary documentation, tools, and resources to help you troubleshoot and resolve your issue.
We hope this information is helpful, and thanks for reaching out to forums!

Perform a factory reset of the receivers…
this should clear existing program and download the most recent software.
1 gear followed by 2 gear then reboot to default screen.
To factory reset…
depress POWER, Center and DOWN buttons at same time for several seconds
release POWER
the front three panel lights should flash three times
then release the two right side buttons
1ST GEAR should show loading, followed by 2ND GEAR, then reboot… give the entire process 5 to 10 minutes.
