Does Uverse have wireless cable receivers compatible with Eero (non-WPS)?
I'm trying to use the Eero system to improve my wi-fi throughout the house. My two wireless receivers for U-verse tv will not connect because eero does not support WPS connections. Does Uverse have wireless receivers that use WPA 2 or better that would work with Eero?

The att wireless receivers must use the WAP (wireless access point) also supplied with the box. No other wifi devices can successfully allow the communication between the wireless receiver and the gateway (router/modem) which in turn allows access to the dvr.

Not sure if this would work - on your AT&T - change the same SSID and password to exactly the same as your eero router (remember to use upper and lower case so it is exactly the same). turn off the eero. Reboot your AT&T gateway. Connect your wireless TV receiver to the AT&T Network. I do not use a WAP and the Wifi on the BGW320-500 gateway works without a WAP. Change the Wifi name on the AT&T Gateway back to whatever it was before. Boot up the Eero network and see if the wifi receivers connect to the Eero network. Understand what I am doing? If it doesn't come up initially - reboot EVERYTHING (the gateway, the eero system, the TV Receivers). Then see if it connects. Like I said - I no longer use the WAP - I use the AT&T Gateway Wifi to connect my TV Receivers and it works fine (and then I can use the AT&T Extenders if I need Wifi in other areas of the house and connect TV Receivers to the extenders).
