Direct TV Equipment

Need to file a dispute regarding Direct TV genies that are being charged to my account.  I don't have the equipment, and have not had it for years.  Apparently, the equipment was never taken off my account by the service rep who removed the equipment from an old residence and installed new equipment in my new residence.  Where do I go on line to file the dispute.
