Hi, last month I returned 2 receivers from my household complete with wiring in order to lessen my monthly cost. Bill was exactly the same! No communication at all confirming receipt of equipment. Help!

did you cancel the boxes? just returning them doesnt stop billing you must call and cancel them. how did you return them, the process is to drop them off at fedex or ups, show then your account number they will scan them box and ship them at no cost to you and will print you a receipt with a tracking number

Thank you. Yes, I did end up calling customer service… While I did return the receivers via UPS store, the original customer service rep never told me to cancel or shut off the receivers, as well as return them. We got to the bottom of it yesterday. My equipment has been received, just had to cancel/shut off those receivers.
