Crappy Customer Service
I've been an AT&T customer since they were Southwestern Bell Telephone Company...my converter box went out last Friday...they sent me a new one Monday...unfortunately the loyalty department put in a work order for my cable to be disconnected...now I can't seem to get my cable back on...I've called no less than 10 times and each time the Customer Service employee is more incompetent than the last one. How do I get this problem handled just need my cable until I move in November and my relationship with AT&T will be over.
