Cisco wireless receiver

I have a Cisco wireless receiver in my bedroom and it worked great until a few month ago. Seems like the trouble started after I had no U-Verse service after Google techs cut the main AT&T line - outage at my house was 18 hours. What's happening is I get spotty viewing service. It cuts out every after a few or several seconds - screen blimps to a dark screen and then the program returns only to occur again and again. Every now and then the 'service not available' screen showing the receiver will very briefly pop up. It's basically annoying in trying to view a program on the tv. I've rebooted several times over the past couple of months and will get the 'yay' notice but the issue keeps recurring. Can anyone advise a solution or is it defective / time time to return it to AT&T as I need to with the other wireless receiver that no longer works as well.

Call customer service 1-800-288-2020.  A replacement will be sent for a self-install.  You have 21 days to return the bad one.
