Can’t get past Restart Receiver
My old U-verse receiver died. Att shipped a new one. It only goes to the u-verse screen. Has a message at the bottom of the TV screen: U-verse is not available at this time. Please try again later. It gives a Restart Receiver option. Then when it’s restarted, goes back to the same screen. How can I make this work please?
