Blue screen on "Live TV" source
For the last week or so I have been getting a blue screen on the "Live TV" source only. I am able to stream video using my AT&T internet on my Samsung TV. I have tried rebooting, but it still persists. I really would like a human to guide me through the fix. Any suggestions?

Do you have UVERSE TV service or AT&T TV?

Try THESE Troubleshooting suggestions.. if that doesn't help, call CS 1-800-288-2020. If they determine that the receiver needs to be replaced, one can be sent for a self-install.

Thanks. Tried both resets, but neither worked. Will be calling customer service.

If they have to do a truck roll and the problem isn’t on their end, I believe they will bill you for a service call.
BTW, where do you see the term, “Live TV” within Uverse TV?

I wanted to ask the same question. I've had Uverse for 13 years and I cannot recollect ever seeing that.

My guess is the OP is confused with the actual TV. My TV for instance has a button for this and uses the terminology directly referring to the built-in tuner for OTA.

Got a tech out. Simple fix. Line ran through DVD player. Player turned off. Not sure how that happened. Thx for help. I am 70+ and any techiness I had filtered away after I retired.

BTW, I am not totally senile. "Live TV" is listed on the source screen along with various streaming sources like Hulu, Prime etc. The tech reconnected the receiver directly to TV and added a Uverse icon.

So it was a TV issue and NOT a Uverse issue.
