Being charged for service I don't have equipment for

I moved to a new city in January of this year. Had a tech come out to help with install for 4 direct TV boxes. I was advised that only one TV could be installed because holes would need to be drilled and that techs don't go under houses anymore for that. I was advised that things would be updated. I received no special boxes and assumed my bill was adjusted. I'm still being charged for 4 boxes. If possible could I be credited back for the boxes I couldn't use since January and could someone come out to install the correct boxes needed for usage?
