Bad Uverse receiver
We have decided to eliminate a small bedroom tv. The receiver there has not worked for a couple of months anyway.
I'm just trying to return that one unit/cords/remote.
The online directions talk about returning them all; not wanting that.
Why is this so difficult. We can't be the only people to try to do this

You have to call …. 800-288-2020
Explain wish to reduce number of receivers, need to provide the GUID on the bottom of the receiver.
This removes that unit from being active and your account… if a different number is used than receiver will stop working.
Should receive instructions on how to return the (1) unit.
Last time I kept track of pricing each receiver was $10 per month, if this has been your charges expect your billing to be lower going forward.
