um this is what i do for aT&T so dont tell me i dont know my job, the city should contact at&t first im on calls all day with city planners all across california for easement reasons. you just have a lazy representative in the city that doesnt want to do the work
@rcummings82 this is a public forum you cant make any complaints , i gave you truthful and factual answers ive been doing this job for 12 years, i see nowhere in my responses that were rude
"dont tell me i dont know my job" is rude. So is calling the city representative lazy. So is arguing with a client. And I hate to tell you, but I can definitely make a complaint, regardless of this being a public forum.
No response needed. Thanks. You've helped quite enough.

The city is the one requiring ATT to sign off on the release of Easement. Please don't give bad answers to people.

I guess you missed the disclaimer in the Signature box, Karen.
I am an AT&T employee, and the postings on this site are my own and don't necessarily represent AT&T's position, strategies or opinions.
Did you receive the DM that was offered?

I didn't miss anything skeeterintexas, but thanks for your rude comment as well. I expect better from a fellow Texan.

Apparently & by their own admission, the OP received (and hopefully) relied to a DM so this thread has served it's purpose.
