Worst Pre and Post Sales organization possible.
Has anyone had to spend 18 hours on the phone with countless AT&T Customer Support personal, countless Supervisors, and Managers to try and recover from an AT&T promise? Then eventually needing to state your to the "Office of the President" to get a refund? We talking roughly $50.00.
Yes that was a success, albeit exhausting, but I'm banging my head against the wall with my re-negotiated contract, and once again where are the promised deliverables? Either the goal is to have customers give up, or reach a breaking point and end up in the nut house.
