Worst customer service

Today was the worst customer service experience.  Waisted 30 min of my time! She never addressed my concerns over my bill being high and the only way she offered to help was to take away my insurance and save 8 dollars terrible.  Then I asked for credit for the time I had no service and referred me to call tech support 😒  to verify the dates.  Really she doesn't know how to read notes?  Then I asked to be transfered to the loyalty department and she threw back in to the que. Why did she do that because they were closed and I wouldn't be able to speak to anyone.  I have no idea if she even gave me the right name because she made it a point to tell me don't forget my name is Laura.  I hope this isn't how att treats their customers.   Then I'm trying to put in an email complaint and there is no way to email the company worst experience ever!Today was the worst customer service experience.  Waisted 30 min of my time!
