WILL NOT DISCONNECT, FRAUD! This is egregious! Reporting to BBB and escalating to attorney.

My husband and I have been trying to get our service disconnected for months and no one will answer the phone. We called once and to cancel only to find out later we were still being billed. Now we cant get anyone to answer and are constantly being transferred or disconnected with no return call. At this point i feel obligated to press charges for fraud and get the BBB involved. If someone would care to intervene before such a drastic step is taken, please do so. Very disappointed in this service. Seeing many comments of the same situation. Shocked there's not a (Edited per community guidelines) (Edited per community guidelines) already.

Saying cancel gets you connected to a rep.

This is a customer-to-customer forum so no one here can intervene.

According to the TOS, you must use binding arbitration to settle any disputes. 

You can file a complaint with the BBB.
