Will I be able to reactivate service if there's an outage?

I canceled my service yesterday but did the deactivate in error process. They said someone will call me Monday to do the reboot and registration but will they be able to if there's an outage in my area? Can they reactivate my service and give me the promised discount if they can't get my modem and cable box to work?

Thank you, Juniper. So, I would likely need to wait to reactivate service until after the outage? I'm sure they'll let me know on Monday but hopefully by then the outage will be resolved. I'm not hopeful considering it has been out since last Saturday.

In most cases once you deactivate uverse services it’s no longer available. As they are phasing out uverse.

Thanks, Constructive. They said that they were able to get the uverse service back for me by doing a deactivate in error process. They just weren't able to get the service up so I assumed it was because there's still an outage.
